Social Welfare as it Impacts Voting

 

many people in Monroe County in deep economic trouble ... their voice have not been hear

 

some sort of survey to get numbers we can trust, startling to people to hear about

 

group these people into a meaningful political organization, take notice that they are there

 

how to do this, how to mobilize the survey effort, get this information down in a way

 

personal stories ... on video tape, broadcast on

 

equally support to energize the people who do the survey. This is something beyond Get Out the Vote, something for people to do

 

Knows something, is worried about something 24 hours a day

Extremely useful to the a school system ... information would help address educational policies ... poor is not equally distributed in school systems, intentionally

 

is cohesion of neighborhood association a factor? ... neighborhood is an ad

 

With data, gave very specific policies to reflect to data ... made it possible for transient student populations to co-exist and function
