These are realistic things that people can do to address issues brought up through discussion:

confirm legislation on voter purging as it affects students
get data to back up/refute Oregon mail-ballot as a good model
Research into Terre Haute returns from past election (evaluate their extended early-voting model and publically funded)
initiate a survey into county underemployed
initiate research to understand people who don't vote
record (audio/video) personal stories of impoverished citizens, maybe through Museum of the Person

get an inventory of which kinds of information channels/resource
